Muy buen abogado. Muy amable y profesional. Siempre estuvo ahí para nosotros cuando teníamos alguna duda o consulta. Además de encargarsde de organizar los documentos por nosotros. Very professional Inmigration Lawyer
I contacted Mr. James Hassan because a friend of mine told me about him. It was the best decision and I’m very glad I did it. No complications in order to understand and manage my inmigration case, he is bilingual (spanish-english) so communication is not a limitation for those who speaks just spanish and once he takes your case, he compromise to do his best in order to resolve it. 100% recommended

Recurrí a James por qué estaba comenzando la tramitación de mi green card. No sabia los pasos a seguir y me sentía muy abrumada por toda la información encontrada online y no sabía por donde comenzar. Great lawyer, beautiful person
James helped me to became a permanent resident. He was very helpful throughout the process. He always answered all of our questions fast and efficiently, with a solid understanding of how to navigate the process. Specifically, we moved to another state and traveled abroad in the middle of the application. James advised us on what we needed to do so that this didn’t impact our application or ability to travel. Excellent immigration lawyer
James has been super helpful with my husband's immigration case. He explained all of the steps and answered all of our questions very honestly (we don't have the easiest case) before we started working on things. His prices are also reasonable compared to other immigration lawyers I've looked into. Being bilingual Spanish-English is also great, because it meant he could read my husband's documents (which he translated for free!). We love working with James!!

As a young adult I made a few mistakes which I had no idea one day it would set several humps along the way toward DACA I contacted many lawyers and all turned me down telling me I had no chance however I met James Hassan and explained everything all though it was not easy James managed to get me approved and is working with me to obtain residency

James provided us a wonderful service for the price rendered; he went above and beyond duty especially for the previous services he provided. It wasn't required for him to accompany us to our immigration meeting but he did so none the less. He helped with the paperwork in an extremely thorough manner and made sure we understood the questions. He was pleasant and eager to help and we enjoyed his services a great deal. Thanks James!

The lawyer that cares for his clients
James is a great attorney, he helped me with my change of status and was really patient with me, since I was so confused will all the procedings. He speaks Spanish so you don't need to pay extra for interpreters . He is eager to find an answer in the shortest time and keeps excellent communication with you in person, by email or by telephone. He is also really reasonable with his fees. I am happy I found a reliable lawyer like him! Thanks!
