Grant Marylander

Grant is a principal in The Marylander Firm LLC where he practices in the areas consumer protection, teleservices and direct marketing compliance and regulation, advertising, labor law (management) and civil and appellate litigation. Grant has extensive experience as both in-house and outside general counsel in areas of labor, regulatory matters, and marketing. 

A member of the California, Colorado and Nebraska (inactive) bars, Grant is admitted to practice before the 8th, 9th and 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Arizona, Colorado and Nebraska. Grant is a member of the California Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder Bar Association and the Federalist Society. Grant is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Grant earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1985 where he graduated with honors. Grant earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982 where he graduated with highest honors.

Grant has presented to lawyers and compliance officers in areas of telemarketing compliance, civil procedure and data security and privacy. He also serves as an ethics consultant for Boulder Community Health and an advisory Board Member of the The Conversation Project in Boulder County.
