Daryl James on multiple occasions made decisions quoting financial information that he just did not understand. He once quoted using funds for personal use that had already been allocated and paid to corporate debt service, How is one to use money in the future that has already been paid to corpora...te debt service? He was unwilling to take the CPA and financial professional advice over his own ego and need to be "right." The decision he made ended up bankrupting the company, hurting all parties involved, especially the kids he was supposed to be looking out for. Stay away from Daryl James for any matters that relate to financial issues. He has a very basic and poor capability to understand complicated financial issues.
