Damon Michael Semmens

Mr. Semmens’ practice focuses on complex litigation and transactions.  Since graduating Notre Dame Law School in 2005, Mr. Semmens has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal court and represented clients before an array of regulatory agencies including Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies, the Equal Opportunity Commission and the Government Accountability Office in Washington D.C.  Outside the courtroom, Mr. Semmens has assisted clients in a range of legal activities including commercial asset acquisition, contract drafting, loan structuring and regulatory compliance in a variety of areas including employment and banking law.

Mr. Semmens is licensed to practice before Colorado’s state and federal courts and is an active member of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.  Outside the office, Mr. Semmens enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid Broncos fan as well as an amateur hiker, biker and skier.
