I was involved in a complex attorney malpractice case. As soon as Paul took over the case, he immediately convinced opposing counsel to agree to mediation in an attempt to settle prior to trial. In the meantime, Paul did an excellent job of setting my expectations for both mediation and if we had ...to go to trial. Within a couple months of Paul taking over the case, he was able to effectuate a settlement. Paul also set up a pay structure allowing me to gain the most possible benefit before contingency agreement hit in. What i appreciated most about about Paul is his knowledge and experience.
