If I could give half a star, I would. Let me just say, the communication this office has, is VERY minimal. The receptionists both do not know English. The lawyer herself barely knows English. Every time we would ask for documents or receipts they were incorrect. We had to remind the receptionist mul...tiple times that we have moved. They would lie saying they called us, but we never received any call from either the receptionist or the lawyer herself. We got our immigration interview scheduled, the lawyer herself was supposed to call to "prepare" us. And to our surprise, she never called us. The only time they call is when a balance is due. Anytime you call this office past 3, they will not answer. Overall this lawyers office is super unprofessional, and I would not recommend using her at all. Si pudiera darle media estrella, lo haría. Permítanme decir que la comunicación en esta oficina es MUY deficiente. Ninguna de las recepcionistas sabe inglés. La abogada apenas lo sabe. Cada vez que pedíamos documentos o recibos, nos los daban incorrectamente. Tuvimos que recordarle a la recepcionista varias veces que nos habíamos mudado. Mintieron diciendo que nos habían llamado, pero nunca recibimos ninguna llamada ni de la recepcionista ni de la abogada. Programamos nuestra entrevista de inmigración; se suponía que la abogada nos llamaría para "prepararnos". Y, para nuestra sorpresa, nunca nos llamó. Solo llaman cuando hay un saldo pendiente. Si llamas a esta oficina después de las 3, no contestan. En general, esta oficina de abogados es muy poco profesional y no la recomiendo en absoluto.

Leila is awesome, took time to get to know us and our family not make it just a business deal, because its far from, its our families lives! Made us feel safe and secure, walked us through every step and made sure we understood everything! Leila is knowledgeable but unfortunately her and her staff are very unresponsive. It takes weeks to make an appointment and then she will show up unprepared. When I decided to find other representation because she cost me over a 5 month delay on my process, her and her staff made me wait 3 weeks to g...et a copy of my file so that another attorney could help me. Highly recommend to stay away from this practice!
