Ms. Hoskins’ practice emphasizes all types of medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, auto litigation and select criminal defense representation. Ms. Hoskins has tried over 100 civil and criminal jury trials and has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and favorable verdicts for her clients, including numerous patients who were infected with Hepatitis C at Rose Medical Center in 2009. Ms. Hoskins has been named to Best Lawyers in America; 5280 Top Attorneys; Top 100 Colorado Super Lawyers; Top 50 Women Colorado Super Lawyers; Selected to Colorado Super Lawyers;  Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent 5 out of 5 rating; Named The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100 Trial Lawyers (2011 to present); 2012 Volunteer Award for assistance in reviving an injured patient’s right to bring a claim of Negligent Credentialing to over-turn the holding in Kauntz v. App. 2007); and was Nominated for 2011 CTLA Case of the Year Award – for her pro bono representation of a developmentally delayed woman against University of Colorado Dental School.  Ms. Hoskins is on the Colorado Public Defender Commission and a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Colorado GLBT Bar Association, National LGBT Committee of the American Association of Justice, and the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association.  Ms. Hoskins enjoys volunteer work at Habitat for Humanity.  Ms. Hoskins was a Division Lead for the Colorado State Public Defender's Office for almost twelve years trying complex felony cases, including First Degree Homicide and death penalty litigation.  Ms. Hoskins puts her clients' interests above all else. Ms. Hoskins was captain of Division I Women's Soccer team, was NCAA Division I All Regional; played for the Colorado Valkyries - Women's Professional Football Team; was inducted to the Denver East High School Athletic Hall of Fame; an avid cyclist and golfer.  Ms. Hoskins believes it is important to give back to the community and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity; Women's and Children's Shelters; and provides pro bono legal representation.
