Dana Marie Casper

I can't even begin to describe how terrible Dana Casper treated my husband who was charged in Denver. She was rude, disrespectful and never even bothered to look into his case. She never had his best interest in mind and then took herself off his case when he pointed these things out to her. She was ...hostile from the beginning and would repeatedly call us liars. When reading her web site you would think she cared for people who couldn't afford an attorney but in reality she has nothing but distain and contempt for her clients who can't afford her attorney fees. She never planned on defending my husband at all and instead kept insisting he take years in prison for crimes he didn't commit. Had she read the discovery in his case she would have found out that the investigator had verified everything he had said but she never even bothered to meet with my husband. She even admitted that the alleged victim had recanted but still she refused to do anything other than accept what the DA had originally offered. She has no business being an alternate defense council since she won't actually try and defend them. I was completely devastated with her treatment of my husband and myself and shocked that she was so highly esteemed among other lawyers.
