I am the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Claire E. Dineen. I have been practicing law since 1994 in the areas of elder law, estate and trust administration, and estate planning. My elder law practice includes conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, long term care planning and special needs planning. My estate planning practice focuses on assisting individuals with the preparation of wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, and advanced directives.
