Outstanding Lawyer

I was referred to Viorst Law by a friend who used them for a Legal Malpractice case. About 8 months ago my daughter was involved in a rear-end car accident. Anthony Viorst, his associate Dave and Paralegal Michelle worked together to get us a great outcome. We were hesitant to sue but the insurance... company was fighting us and we needed help. Excellent Attorney

I was reared ended at 225 and Parker Road a year or so ago at a relatively high speed. Major damage to my car and in the process incurred neck, shoulder and back issues. Fortunately a friend recommended Tony. I was looking for an even keeled attorney that would be straightforward and fair. Found T...ony to be just that. He explained the process, his fees, and was honest in his assessment of the situation. He was able to reach what I felt was a fair settlement for all given the situation. I'd highly recommend him if you're a looking for attorney that has your best interest at heart, is easy to work with, and willing to work with you, not against you.

There for me every step of the way

I hired Tony to help me with a legal malpractice case against my divorce attorney. Not only did he come all the way to COS to meet with me the first time, once I retained his services, he didn't "disappear" and leave me feeling like I was fighting alone. My questions were answered in a timely manner,... he and his paralegal communicated with me throughout the case and I was very happy to have reached a settlement before having to take it to court.

Exceeded my expectations

We hired Tony when our son was pulled over for speeding, 24mph over the speed limit in Chaffee county. It was a 6 point speeding ticket against a 19 year olds license, so we wanted to fight it. Tony had it resolved almost two weeks before our son's Court date, without our having to make a three hour ...drive to Salida for the court appearance and Tony got the ticket reduced to zero points! Tony was very knowledgeable, professional and we would strongly recommend him.
