Excellent attorney

I cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding work Tony, Michelle, and David did for me on a legal malpractice case against another local attorney for the horrible and unprofessional representation provided in another case. It is not an easy process and the other side with their unlimited resour...ces provided by the deep pockets of a malpractice insurance company made it seem like an uphill battle with no end, but Tony and his team were there guiding me every step of the way as any great attorney and their team should. That unfortunately wasn’t my experience with the previous representation so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Tony and his team. Tony offered sound, professional advice and was realistic in the outcome which I greatly appreciated. The last thing I needed was someone throwing unreasonable outcomes at me and pumping me up with false hope. Our case settled in mediation and every penny recovered was a win after going through such a bad situation and unfortunate circumstances. I’m thankful for Tony and his team and am now able to get a bit of closure so I can move forward and leave this behind.

Excellent Attorney

I was reared ended at 225 and Parker Road a year or so ago at a relatively high speed. Major damage to my car and in the process incurred neck, shoulder and back issues. Fortunately a friend recommended Tony. I was looking for an even keeled attorney that would be straightforward and fair. Found T...ony to be just that. He explained the process, his fees, and was honest in his assessment of the situation. He was able to reach what I felt was a fair settlement for all given the situation. I'd highly recommend him if you're a looking for attorney that has your best interest at heart, is easy to work with, and willing to work with you, not against you.

Lousy Personal Injury Lawyer

I'm not sure how good a case has to be for him to take a serious look at it. He claims to be a "malpractice" attorney but he just puts that on his website. He's 100% into car accident insurance claims. I gave him a lay down major malpractice case with expert witnesses, a cover up and all the leg ...work already competed and he called me, my witnesses that are doctors all liars. And said he was 'skeptical'. He wouldn't even read the emails or medical records. He's a arrogant clown. I wouldn't even go to him for a personal injury claim. Wannabe.

Consent form

I hired Tony Vorst to handle a medical malpractice lawsuit for me. The contract consent form between my doctor and myself was not signed by the doctor. I signed the consent form I and a random surgery nurse Signed in place of the doctor which made the contract null and void. Tony lost my case becaus...e he did not notice that the prime piece of evidence the consent form was not signed by the doctor. It states very clearly patient and doctor need to sign the consent form. I find Tony highly incompetent. He lost the case for me for not noticing that the contract was signed buy a random operating room nurse. I would highly recommend find a different attorney.

Unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Had to email his office multiple times to confirm my court date and he did not return my phone calls. He is a very rude and abrasive person that lacks compassion and empathy.
