Stephanie Tucker is an experienced and dedicated attorney who has represented individuals in workers' compensation and personal injury cases at The Babcock Law Firm since 2012. Stephanie is now a member of the firm, and in that capacity she continues to be dedicated to the goal of protecting those who have been injured. She furthers that goal by acting as a skilled advisor and advocate on each of her cases, and by serving on the board of directors for several organizations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers' Compensation Education Association, the Colorado Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Executive Council, and the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group (a national association of claimant's attorneys).
Prior to her career at The Babcock Law Firm, Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. While enrolled at Augustana, Stephanie worked as a clerk for the United States Senate, and was employed by the U.S. Attorneys' Office for the Southern District of Iowa. It was in this environment that she first discovered her passion for practicing law. After graduating cum laude, she immediately got to work on her law degree at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While earning her law degree, she served as the law clerk for the Title Guaranty Division of the Iowa Finance Authority.
In 2012, after graduating with honors in the top third of her class, Stephanie made the decision to leave the midwest and move to Colorado, where she teamed up with the Babcock Law Firm and has worked ever since to protect the rights of Colorado workers and people suffering from personal injury and negligence.
Professionally, Stephanie is a proud member of a number of prestigious legal organizations, including:
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending as much time as possible in the mountains – running, hiking, skiing, cycling and camping in the beautiful Colorado backcountry with her family and energetic wheaten terrier, Cooper.
