Luke J. Puszynski

Luke J. Puszynski is the founding attorney of the law firm Law Practice of Luke Puszynski, LLC, which specializes in personal injury law.  Luke strongly believes that clients should have unfettered access to their attorneys in the clients' time of need after an injury.  Clients are anxious and concerned during this time and a guiding voice is warranted.  Therefore, unlike other personal injury firms – which typically have their attorneys only handle the high value cases and assign the other cases to paralegals – Luke personally handles each of his cases the same, regardless of their perceived value.  Luke will guide you through this difficult period using his extensive experience specializing in personal injury law, and take away the stress and anxiety of dealing with the insurance companies.

Luke graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and started his own firm a few years after graduating.  During his time in law school, he interned at a personal injury law firm and quickly realized that injured people were not some "manipulators" of the system who take advantage of their injuries, but real people, whose lives have been turned upside down as a result of an unanticipated event, which they had no fault in causing.  And, because of this tragic event, they now had extra worries about how to treat their injuries, finacially survive while prevented from working, fix the damage to their vehicles, all the while dealing with an aggressive insurance adjuster wanting to settle your case as soon – and for the lowest amount – as possible.
