David Scott Woodruff

We hired "Woodruff" years ago, literally on a wing and a prayer..."God, please let us find the best attorney for our child." God did not disappoint. When we first met David, he was quiet and unassuming. When it came time for trial, David masterfully weaved the threads of a broken, fragmented, tangled mess of chaos into a clear and powerful portrait of what happened to our child and why. Every question was answered. He fought for her. He advocated for her when no one else would even try. And he won. There are no words that could ever come close, no words that are big enough or grand enough or mighty enough to show just how grateful we are that Clark Kent just so happened to be at his desk one day, and just so happened to answer his phone.

David and his firm are amazing! They always went the extra step, making sure we understood what was happening and that we were comfortable with everything. His staff was wonderful keeping us updated and always quick to respond. Our son suffered a brain injury, David and his team went I feel like abo...ve and beyond. Thanks to their hard work and dedication our son's case was won and now we know that no matter what happens in our lives he will always be taken care of. We will be forever grateful.
