We used Jeff Althaus for our estate planning and were highly impressed with his service. He has experience with the State in estates which makes him more qualified than almost any other attorney for estate planning, (see his resume). He took us through a complete, complicated plan, explained everyth...ing for our thorough understanding, and finished the task in a short time. He has a book, "You Only Die Once", which he has written, that takes the reader through the estate planning process in a clear, useful manner. We found he followed his own text perfectly, and handled the unusual intricacies of our situation efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with Jeff Althaus' services.

Jeff did a great job of spending time with my wife and I and getting a thorough understanding of our situation. He also spend a great deal of time going into detail and explaining the various aspects of a Trust. I was also very appreciative of him having a separate meeting with all of those listed in... the Trust explaining their respective roles and responsibilities. He did an excellent job and I would recommend family and friends.

Our previous will was over twenty years old and totally inappropriate for today's circumstances. Jeff provided excellent, friendly guidance and information when developing our new will and associated paperwork. There were significantly more documents required by Colorado law than we were previously a...ware. Jeff has an excellent way of explaining requirements and solutions. In addition to asset planning, he provided superb discussions for our living wills and end-of-life decisions. Everything was delivered on time with no hidden fees. The paperwork was extensive but required zero corrections due to miscommunication. Jeff's fees were very reasonable and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the result.
