Biography
As an estate planning and probate attorney in Colorado, I help individuals and families plan the future so they can enjoy the present. By using various types of tools, I am able to help you live a better life today, allowing you to stop worrying about tomorrow. I can help with all of the following:

I grew up in Iowa where I attended the University of Iowa as a Business/Marketing major and also obtained a certificate in Entrepreneurship. I am a Hawkeye, through and through. After undergrad, I went to law school in Minnesota at Hamline Law, graduated, and moved out to Thornton, Colorado.
In my spare time, I like to get out into the beautiful outdoors that Colorado has to offer. I ski, snowboard, hike and love to go camping and backpacking. I also love cheering on the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. I attend the Immaculate Heart of Mary church in Northglenn and have a deep appreciation for people of all faiths.

GREAT ESTATE PLAN
Mr. Althaus, trust plan provided to us was very good with new points that was not in my prior Trust done by an Arizona Lawyer. I was happy that he called my attention to several important added conditions. He took the time to explain the Trust in detail to me and my family.
