I am a well rounded lawyer with a unique professional history. I represent developers of some of the world's finest resort projects around the globe, and also practice law locally in Colorado. I limit my practice to Federal cases in Colorado - primarily Immigration, both affirmative and defense of removal; Bankruptcy, primarily consumer; and White Collar criminal cases. This also includes consultation with clients in need of Title IX defense throughout the country.
