We worked with Jay Muhaisen and his staff on an I-130 and I-485 application for permanent residency. Jay and his staff were a huge help in making the complicated process much simpler and easier for us. He was very communicative, even responding to our stressed out emails on the weekend within a coupl...e hours, and went out of his way to get to know us and our case as well as he could. His staff worked with us to get all the required documents in order and prepared us very well for all the steps in the process. We never felt like we were left in the dark or with unanswered questions. Jay seems to be knowledgeable about many different aspects of immigration and family law.
