Great Job!
Paul was great. My wife and I were thoroughly confused and getting irritated. Paul took us, step by step, through the entire process. Our case even finished early. Thank you Paul!

Highly Recommend
I am highly recommending Paul Radosevich, Esq. to anyone searching for a lawyer to represent them in a Social Security Claim for disability. Mr. Radosevich has approximately 35 years of experience representing clients seeking Social Security disability benefits. In my practice, I have consulted with Mr. Radosevich when an issue relating to Social Security has presented itself. I have always been impressed by Mr. Radosevich’s in-depth knowledge concerning the nuance of Social Security law. It should be noted that Mr. Radosevich has an excellent reputation for being a strong and successful advocate for his clients.

Best experience I've ever had with an attorney!!
I didn't know what to expect, but I got more than I though I would. The process started with Laura helping me get setup with the paperwork and then Paul led the way with the rest of the process. I was pleased with the outcome and well worth the patience I needed for it. The court appearance with Paul went well and help me consistently preparing me. I am not a fan of lawyers, BUT Paul and Laura were awesome and I can't hold a though from the great news from a call from Paul!! Thank you again!!!

Thanks, Hector, we were glad to help you through your appeal which went through the administrative process and then up to the district court and back for another administrative hearing. It did take years but in the end we were happy to get you five and a half years of past due benefits.

Social Security Disability
I was referred to Paul, by another attorney. I heard the process for Social Security Disability is difficult, and 80% of cases are rejected on the first filing. I knew I wanted an attorney to help me through the process. Paul was everything I was told he would be. He made a tough process go smoothly and kept me informed at each step of the process. There were no surprises, because he knows the system. I would never have been able to navigate the system as quickly and comfortably. His experience was worth more than the fee that was taken out of my back payments. I would strongly recommend him for anyone needing the variety of cases he handles. I will definitely keep his number for future reference.

Response from Paul Radosevich February 3, 2018
Bill, Thanks for your warm thoughts. Since we only handle social security disability and SSI claims and we've been doing so for more than 30 years we are able to navigate the system with the minimal fuss for our clients. We also handle claims from the initial application (unlike most attorneys) to the federal court appellate level if necessary.
