Jennifer advocates for clients on appeal and in postconviction proceedings. Originally from Alaska, she earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering and minor in Women's and Gender Studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before moving to Colorado to work as a civil engineer. After doing this for almost two years, she followed her true passion for public interest work and attended law school at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Here, she gained valuable experiences advocating for clients in civil rights and criminal defense matters. Now as an attorney, she brings empathy, attention to detail, and a unique, problem-solving perspective to her representation. She is undeterred by even the toughest cases and sees challenges as motivation to work her hardest on behalf of each client.
