I started my career as a lawyer working in the Dillon and Golden Public Defender offices. There, I worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds on DUI and other misdomeanors cases. I took many cases to trial and achieved favorable plea agreements for my clients. As an attorney, I am poised, prepared, and eloquent, always fighting for the best results for my clients.

After leaving the Public Defender's office, I worked in private practice at a prominent marijuana firm in Denver. There, I became versed in many areas of law, including business and contract law, appeals, family law, civil protection orders, plaintiff personal injury, civil forfeiture, employment law, expungement and sealing records, and more. I have taken plaintiff's civil personal injury cases to trial, achieving six-figure jury verdicts. In those trials, I am known for my eloquence in the courtroom, able to challenge judge's ruling with poise and grace in a way that best advocates for my client.

I specialize in marijuana criminal defense, representing clients across Colorado charged with cultivation, possession with intent to distribute, Colorado Organized Crimes Act (COCCA), tax evasion, and more. I have achieved dismissals and favorable outcomes for clients across in many jurisdictions, including in Pueblo, Teller, El Paso, Weld, Denver, Arapahoe, and Eagle counties.
