Unfortunately, unless your wife is disabled and/or cannot work at all for at least 5 years, even Chapter 13 won't help with the student loans. ...

Yes, but it is a shame to do so. Be sure it is paid back in full, to avoid any penalties and tax consequences.

Can I motion to reopen a discharged bankruptcy. It was filed in May 2010. My divoced 4/2014 husmand defaulted on bills since.
