Neil Steiner Silver

I had just hit the lowest point in my life when I hired Neil Silver to represent me. I was arrested for a DUI and had my children in the car, resulting in a child abuse charge. I had two prior DUI charges from 20+ years ago from out of state. I was now facing a third DUI, child abuse and possible jai...l time. Neil was compassionate but straight forward and suggested I seek treatment for my alcohol abuse problem. I took his advise and placed myself in a residential treatment facility for treatment of Alcoholism. After I was discharged, I entered into an IOP and then into continuing care as well as joining AA. I completed all of my DUI education classes before my sentencing, as well as a parenting class suggested by Neil. All of this was presented to the judge. I received no jail time, some house arrest and a deferred sentence on my child abuse charge. I was able to prove to the judge that I have been rehabilitated from substance abuse. I was treated with compassion, not punitive punishment. I have since gone back to school to become a Certified Addiction Counselor and currently work as a RN helping others fight the disease of addiction. If you are facing legal charges; especially due to an addiction, I highly recommend Neil. He encouraged me to get the help that I needed not just to "get a lighter sentence" but to truly get my life back! Today I am completely sober, and get to be present for my children. I have now referred at least three other individuals that have all retained Neil. Everyone is as equally impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the legal system. I highly recommend retaining Neil to help you with your legal situation.

I was facing a DUI charge and several other less serious traffic violations, including refusal of the chemical test (express consent), and an at-fault accident, when I hired Mr. Silver to represent me. He was very matter-of-fact and helpful. Any time I called or emailed, he responded back quickly. He... charged a reasonable, flat fee to represent me. Most people I spoke to were convinced I would get at least 24 months of probation (and maybe even some jail time), but with Mr. Silver's help and guidance, I managed to get my charges down to a DWAI and a "too fast for conditions" speeding ticket, which resulted in a sentence of 15 months probation, 24 hours community service, and the lowest fine. I didn't have much to work with given the situation I was in, but he managed to get me a descent deal in the end. I am very pleased with his services and would recommend him.
