Kelly works from RIG's Denver and Grand Junction offices. She practices exclusively immigration and naturalization law to ensure that clients have access to the best, most recent legal developments. She is accepting new clients for naturalization, adjustment of status, family based petitions and applications, Violence Against Women Act petitions and defenses, U non-immigrant status petitions, waiver applications and deportation defense. She is involved in the American Immigration Lawyer's Association at the national and state levels.
