Danial Ray Shupe

I hired Daniel Shupe for planning for my mothers estate so we could get her the veterans benefit and on medicaid, to save her house which she and I shared. He did get us the veterans benefit after a 1 1/2 year wait. My main complaint is when I had questions it would take at least 2-3 weeks of calls b...efore he would get back. When my Mother died I called and called for over 6 weeks and never heard from him again with no explanation as to why. It was, I feel, deplorable to be treated this way at such a time and after he took $10,000 of our money never having to deal with the medicaid aspect as she died before the penalty period was up.
