Catherine Duke Benjamin

I hired Ms. Duke to represent me in my divorce case, but switched after the first two months, due to her unprofessionalism, and not being on top of my case. She called me by the wrong name repeatedly, called my son by the wrong name, and seemed like she needed to take 5 minutes to refresh herself on ...who I was every time I called. My spouse's attorney ran the show, and Ms Duke was reactive, never proactive. I interviewed and hired another attorney, and have been very happy with him. Ms Duke wasted a lot of time and money. I absolutely would not recommend her.

Ms. Benjamin Duke was brought in to assist another attorney on my case and was very underwhelming. She made several inexcusable and embarrassing faux paus - inadvertently sending an email intended for one side of the case to the attorney on the other side, making false claims against one party that... were proven to be false. She was incredibly unprofessional, i lost my case, and I would not recommend her.
