My long experience in the hospitality industry has taught me the importance of clear and effective communication. I spent years as a professor, so I am comfortable explaining the law. Very easy to work with
The legal battle sucks. Being in the hot seat is even worse. Especially when you don't feel heard by the person supposedly on your side. J.P. LISTENED to me when I felt invisible, like just another inmate number. It mattered. I recommend him every chance I get!
