Biography
Rob Wilhite is the Owner, President, and lead litigation attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm, a personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Colorado and Texas. A Texas native, Rob, has lived and practiced law in Colorado for more than 20 years, where he has built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer handling complex, high-value injury cases.
Rob founded The Wilhite Law Firm with a clear purpose: to represent individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to negligence and to hold negligent individuals, corporations, and insurance companies accountable. As Managing Partner, he oversees all litigation and trial strategy for the firm.
Rob's practice focuses on wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and defective and dangerous products. He has handled cases in multiple jurisdictions across the United States and has tried cases in both state and federal courts.
Rob is a graduate of Highland Park High School in Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He joined The Wilhite Law Firm in 2005 and now leads the firm’s continued growth in both Colorado and Texas.

Best auto accident team around
