Robinson and Henry senior associate Patrick Fitz-Gerald is a seasoned litigator who has successfully handled a variety of cases. As a civil litigator, Patrick specializes in righting wrongs and making sure his clients are compensated.

Prior to joining R&H, Patrick gained national attention for his legal work. He won a major lawsuit against a fertility doctor who secretly used his own samples to inseminate his patients. He didn’t stop there. He and his team worked with state legislators to make fertility fraud a crime in Colorado, while giving affected children standing to sue.

• Major judgment - Obtained $9 million dollar trial judgment for plaintiffs in lawsuit against OB-GYN doctor who impregnated patients with his own samples, and his clinic
• Criminal justice - Charged and won conviction against a father for supplying alcohol to his teenage son and encouraging reckless driving, resulting in a crash that injured them both and the father's infant
• Premises liability - Won a large verdict against a hotel after a drunk guest assaulted the plaintiff. The jury found the hotel negligent for failing to address the guest's disruptive behavior despite being aware of the risk
