Brilliant & Knowledgable Attorney for Marijuana Industry

Frank is one of the most detail orientated litigators I have ever met.. He must know everything there is to know about the subject at hand.. Any issues that a business may have in the marijuana industry must contact Frank.. If they contact anyone else they will not have the best representation for th...eir business or legal issues.. Frank brings East Coast mentality with West Coast charm and brilliance.. Frank will definitely make an impact nationwide in the MMJ Industry..

corporate litigation client

My company was faced with a serious problem concerning a vendor and a contract we had in place. The vendor repeatedly was not performing as required and after several attempts to correct the problems through direct communication I needed to find a lawyer. Mr. Tsu was recommended to me by another bus...iness associate whose opinion I trust very deeply. After meeting with Mr. Tsu and reviewing the contract Mr. Tsu was able to clearly outline issues and possibilities for my company to pursue legal action. After engaging Mr. Tsu and his firm work was performed quickly. Mr. Tsu and his firm demonstrated a tenacity and determination on our behalf that resulted in an incredible settlement from the vendor that was considerably higher than my company's original expectations. Mr. Tsu worked continuously on my company's matter and regularly communicated with us so that we were aware of every step in the process. Mr. Tsu established a clear and well written agreement and attained an incredible result for us. My company will continue to engage Mr. Tsu and his firm. His committment and communication skills are second to none. Very grateful and impressed.

Knowledgable and patient, put me at ease

I retained Frank to represent me in responding to a regulatory investigation. Frank was straightforward in explaining options available to me and when answering my questions about the law. He was very responsive to my calls and emails and really helped me get through a stressful situation. If I ever... need an attorney to help me in this or any other type of situation I know who I would call.
