Extremely satisfied - very responsive to the needs of my case

I had a time-sensitive intellectual property matter, and Frank was recommended to me by another lawyer. I am particularly satisfied with two aspects of Frank's work: 1) Time was of the essence, and Frank was on top of the work, and very responsive with communications both with myself and other ...parties involved. He was reachable by phone in the evenings and weekends, which was helpful in my situation. 2) I was not familiar with this area of the law, and Frank was very thorough and careful in helping me understand my options and strategies for moving forward. He gave me confidence that I had good counsel from someone who understood my needs and constraints. In the end, his hard work and strategies made the difference that led to a good outcome.
