Devon Alexandra Neill

I unfortunately hired Devon Neill to represent me in a personal injury claim. I found Devon Neill very unprofessional, incompetent and constantly out lawyered by the insurance company’s lawyer, I thought it was bad. I did not find her aggressive as she stated to me in the beginning. I attended severa...l hearings with Devon Neill. My observations were that Devon Neill lacked basic legal knowledge on numerous occasions, such as Bates Labeling. I found Devon Neill’s representation so unprofessional and dishonest that I filled a complaint with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. After their investigation, the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel gave Devon Neill a diversion agreement. In my opinion, hiring Devon Neill is the worst thing I ever did. Please do not make the same mistake.

Devon recently represented me while I was going through a very difficult time in my life. She guided me through the legal process effectively and concisely, and was very productive in dealing with all parties. She took on my case and represented me as if it were she. She not only represented me... as an attorney, she also became a friend. I highly respect and recommend Devon to anyone needing legal representation.
