I'm giving and enthusiastic 5-star review for Chad W. Johnson, LLC. We contacted Chad after an abandoned, improperly decommissioned sprinkler system on HOA common property suddenly came on, stayed on all night and flooded three of our condos. After our HOA threatened to withhold repairs and not compe...nsate us for our lost property and income as a way to extort us into signing a creepy liability waiver they cooked up that took away all of our rights and blamed us for the debacle, we sought legal help and found Chad Johnson. Chad's quick advice explaining what we were legally entitled to and how to deal with our HOA was absolutely pivotal in our ability to get the HOA to drop their stupid waiver nonsense, agree to pay for repairs in full and commence with them immediately, like they should have done in the first place, under our Declarations.
