I interviewed several attorneys regarding my divorce - most offered a free initial consultation. After speaking with Michael Switzer I felt he was the one. He listened keenly to the details of my marriage and the issues of the divorce (money) and offered several notions that seemed to enhance my po...sition. I believed he was willing and able to aggressively argue on my behalf so I hired him. Unfortunately his representation was far from what I was lead to believe. His aggressive counsel quickly evaporated and was replaced with vague explanations of the law and the process. He made promises that never happened and I felt less and less in control of my financial destiny. My stress level went through the roof as my wife stole property and money from me and asked for a settlement that was 50% higher than the worst case scenario that Mr. Switzer calculated.
