Failed to submit/and inform me of the 60 day deadline, imposed by the court, for expert testimony. Failed to inform the court, as requested by the judge, when my ex did not comply with the judge's permanent order. Over charging of fees, for work performed. Block billing. Failed to inform the judg...e, when I had proof my husband committed perjury. Not familiar enough with my case, to represent me. I had an unequitable division in my dissolution, losing my home, and any award of my ex's large pension. I did not receive an award for attorney fees, and was awarded an extremely low maintenance award. Failed to communicate with opposing counsel, on multiple issue, ignoring opposing counsel's letters.
