Michael Joseph Davis

Mr. Davis is an attorney that tirelessly worked with me on a bancruptcy entered in Colorado that I was unwittingly dragged into via my home in Oklahoma. He went the extra mile and then some! He worked at night and even on his vacation for this case. He shared his expert knowledge with me as it pertai...ned to this case and I never felt like I was not being heard. His expertise even gave the opposing attorney pause to think. I am 10+ hours away and, although that might make some worry, I never did with Mr. Davis. He filed every paper that needed to be filed, showed up at every meeting, made phone calls on my behalf and always kept me informed. Diligent, hard working, not afraid to stand up for his client and a refreshing sense of humor. You want this man on your side, believe me!

Provided a lot of initial advice with no consultation fee, very informative, very helpful. Was happy to answer everything we needed to know without his first and highest concern being his pocketbook, something I've seen in many, many OTHER attorneys. (He also has an offices in Colorado where we are)... Where other attorneys wouldn't even read the content of our case he asked the questions that needed asked and answered the questions that needed answered, and - most critically, has empathy. I've worked with a lot of attorneys, both good and bad, and by far, this is one of the best I've encountered. Knows bankruptcy like the back of his hand. Though I live 4 hours away, and there are a lot of bankruptcy attorneys locally, I'd go out of my way to retain Mike - and (yes) we ultimately did retain him. I am very impressed with the attorneys Archer Bay has (Davis is a partner), we've also retained John Scorsine before for other non-bankruptcy matters. If you need a hell of a good attorney on your bankruptcy, Mikes the guy - and I recommend Archer Bay as well.
