Biography
Mr. Huff is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who zealously represents clients in Colorado and Wyoming. His mission is to responsively and effectively represent clients toward and achieving their goals. Over his career, he has represented, people, businesses, insurance companies and their insureds, professionals and individuals in cases involving brain injury, catastrophic injury and all other personal injuries, trucking, insurance coverage, subrogation and premises liability cases. Mr. Huff represents clients at all levels of jurisdiction, ranging from county courts to the United States Supreme Court. To date, he has represented clients through about 42 bench and jury trials and dozens of appellate cases.
