Her prices for services provided were exorbitant and she was consistently late in producing important information to me. She did not keep me informed about what she was charging me on a monthly basis. But she ...did not hesitate to produce a $39,000.00 bill the day after the divorce was finalized and she demanded to be paid in full within 10 days! Barbara knew that I was the mother of four small children and did not have employment outside of the home. She got a pitiful amount of child support for me and the Alimony was a $100.00 per month after 20 years of marriage to a wealthy accountant. Barbara Melior Jacobi's legal fees were exorbitant and she provided poor service to me as a client. I would definitely not recommend that anyone retain the services of Barbara Melior Jacobi as his/her attorney!
