Robert Alan Lubowitz

Mr. Lubowitz was the court-appointed family investigator in my divorce several years ago, and his investigation was extremely thorough. I am mentally disabled by a traumatic brain injury and was on the wrong prescriptions for awhile, exaccerbating my anxiety greatly. Mr. Lubowitz responded to my many... many many many calls and was kind not only to me, but also to my child. Despite my great upset, I can see over time that his decision was absolutely correct. He recognized the Diagnostic Statistical Manual evidence indicating my correct diagnosis was a TBI, not a personality disorder, as well as the recovery I accomplished through corrected prescriptions and treatment. I did not hire him, he was appointed by the court.
