Paul D. Godec serves as Special Counsel for Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983 from Rice University and his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1986. After many years in private practice, Paul joined Kissinger & Fellman in October of 2010.
Paul focuses his practice in general business and corporate law, employment law, employment contracting, public employment, employment severance agreements, medical professional licensure and credentialing, and insurance defense. Paul's practice also involves complex civil litigation including contract, health care, employment, covenants not to compete, construction, construction defect, and civil rights. Paul's extensive experience has allowed him to resolve numerous cases successfully through trials or alternative dispute resolution, and to find winning and efficient solutions to his clients' legal needs.
Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association (Health Law Section and Construction Law Section), and the Denver Bar Association.
