Lindsay’s practice is exclusively dedicated to defending the rights and freedom of those accused of committing a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor offenses in state and federal court. She graduated from Pepperdine University in 2004, and received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 2009. During her time in law school, Lindsay was awarded the Bryan Shaha Academic Scholarship and the Clinical Education “Student of the Year” Award for her work in the Criminal Defense Clinic. In 2013, Lindsay was named a “Top 40 Under 40” trial attorney by the National Trial Lawyer’s Association. Recently, she was awarded the distinction of being named one of the National Trial Lawyer’s Association’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
Lindsay is a trial attorney with the law firm Foster, Graham, Milstein & Calisher, LLP in Denver. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and Colorado Women’s Bar Association. Throughout her years in practice she successfully defended hundreds of individuals charged with a variety of offenses including DUI, sexual assault, murder, and robbery, to name a few. As a criminal defense attorney, she has been exposed to the often enormous and unfettered power of the government in criminal proceedings. She believes that her most important endeavor in every case is to safeguard, secure and preserve the individual liberties guaranteed to every citizen by the United States and Colorado Constitutions. As the granddaughter, sister and niece of soldiers in the Navy, she is keenly aware of the sacrifice extolled by others to protect our freedoms, and she is privileged to carry the torch in this capacity.

Thorough and competent
Lindsay just helped an individual I am close to with a legal matter involving a juvenile. Because she took the time to review the underlying statute, she discovered an error in the DA's charges. We also found her extremely personable and willing to cover all the bases. Highly recommend her.
