In my experience, this law firm is not to be trusted. If I am mistaken, can Jacob Galperin, who works on my 3-year-old daughter, please explain how he could accept a charge from the doctor's office without seeing my daughter a four-phone call from the medical center without seeing the patient (my dau...ghter) agrees with a $5000.00 charge without even seeing the little girl? What type of lawyer could accept this kind of charge (PHONE CALL CHARGE) to a 3-year-old girl who still has a fear of that accident a year later? Furthermore, did they take a 33% charge for those same cases? As parents, we were left in the dark, unable to get the insurance company's original offer and not receiving a response to all attempts. We ended up losing more than expected. Our experience with this law firm was a costly mistake. We caution anyone considering their services to think twice, as our dealings with them resulted in a significant financial loss.
