Euell Thomas Bio
Euell “E” Thomas is an Associate Attorney at Livelihood Law, LLC. Euell’s practice areas encompass all aspects of Labor and Employment Law. Euell stands ready to assist employees with issues of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, Wage and Hour and unemployment benefits hearings. In additional, Euell has extensive knowledge of Federal employee specific administrative processes, such as, the Merit Systems Protection Board.
Euell’s past work history includes the Western Area Law Department of the United States Postal Service and the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, School of Law. While at CU, Euell was active with the ABA Mock Trial Team and won the Jim R. Carrigan Cup Trial Competition Award. He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Hendrix College.
Euell is a member of the Colorado Bar and Denver Bar Associations. In his free time, Euell enjoys playing guitar, playing squash, writing, travel and is studying to become a CMS Level 2 Sommelier.
