Replied last July 12, 2021I apologize that you aren’t happy with my services. As explained in advance, no one can guarantee success in any legal dispute. Some lawyers steer clients into court right away because it makes more money for the lawyer. I do not do that unless it is necessary. Instead, I educate my clients about their options and encourage my clients to make the most of their opportunities for compromise. My firm is committed to the values of collaboration, cooperation, learning, and community. In any family dispute involving children it is important for clients to remember they will be in relationship with the other parent at least until the children turn 18 years old, and probably even longer. How they handle their conflict now will create the foundation for the future of that relationship. Going to war is not a healthy foundation. Compromise is, when appropriate, healthy and a better alternative. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything more I can do to help, keeping in mind that I cannot discuss your case with you if you have found a new lawyer.
