I contacted Natalie Gray in March 2017 about a slip and fall case at a hotel in Boulder. I spoke with her several times on the phone and sent her information about the case. After reviewing it, Natalie agreed to take the case. We got as far as discussing the letter she would write and send to the pro...perty. I also asked her if there was any flexibility on their fees. That question prompted Natalie to send me a letter summarily dropping my case. No mention was made as to why, but I can only assume it was because I asked about the fees. Her letter also said I was free to call her to discuss their decision. So, I called her. And of course, she did not call me back. I definitely feel as though Natalie Gray led me to believe that their firm had taken the case and that she would represent me and then she sent the "you're fired" letter via email and wouldn't return my call. Very unprofessional for a professional. I would not recommend contacting this firm for representation.
