Are all your student loans supposed to be in deferement or forbearance, so you can finish school under chapter 13 bankruptcy?

Aside from the fact that the situation doesn't make that much sense...if you are unemployed, heading back to school, how (why) are you in a chapter...

Generally, your liability to pay has nothing to do with your ability to pay.

You are basically done. The discharge is the goal of bankruptcy. There is nothing you need to do.

You probably can't get it vacated. However, if the judgment has been paid, the creditor should file a "satisfaction of judgment."

The HOA filed a lien with the amount due AFTER the bankruptcy write-off. Does this reduce the balance that they can collect?
