Paid him alot of money to review docs, maintain corporate records, just to find out he substituted the service out to a third party with little or no knowledge of how the legal matter should be handled. He would not take responsibility of managing the cases eventhough the client was not satisfied wi...th the unqualified substituted legal service. Upon dispute, he extorted the client by not returning the corporate records until his exagerrated invoice was paid. Client sent the matter to the Ca Bar 2 times before he admitted illegally taking his client's corporate records.
