Andrew Dollard Thompson

Hiring Andrew Thompson as my lawyer was an absolutely horrible experience! I hired him in a custody case to modify my parenting time with my two daughters. When my day in court finally came, a day I’ve been working incredibly hard for for over four years, he failed to file numerous necessary document...s on my behalf. As a result of his negligence, the case was dismissed. I am now also responsible for over $5000 for my ex-wife’s attorney as his actions wasted their time as well. He told me he would make it right and be responsible for her attorney fees, but when I asked him to confirm it in an email, he ghosted me. I’m in worse shape now than before I hired him, and out over $11000. This was an incredibly painful and horrible experience, and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I hired Andrew Thompson to represent me in my case, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Over the course of three years, he failed to file necessary paperwork on time, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. Despite repeated assurances, critical documents were not ...submitted, and I was left in the dark about the status of my case. Andrew was also very difficult to get in touch with. Communication was consistently poor, and I often had to chase him down for updates or responses. In addition to the lack of professionalism, I found him to be dishonest at times, providing vague or misleading information about my case's progress. Overall, I would not recommend Andrew Thompson to anyone. His lack of timely action, poor communication, and dishonesty made a stressful situation even worse.

I can’t say enough about how incredible Andrew handled my difficult divorce case. When I say difficult that is an understatement. It was a circus show, and when he came on he took control of all of the difficulties I was having. He walked into the ring master role, and worked tirelessly to find good... solutions to every adversity that came up. He made sure that my child and my best interests were always at the forefront. I could finally breathe and relax because he was so efficient. I could trust that he was going to be on top of it all. During the hardest time in my life, he was able to help me focus on the issues that were going to help my case, and spent many hours with me to sculpt our case so we had an efficient plan. I was astonished when I saw him in the courtroom. I could see that his background in criminal law allowed him to pinpoint all the details in the exhibits and during examination so that the court could see the whole picture. He was confident, organized, prepared, and you could see his passion as he dug into examination. It was a long trial, and he never slowed down in his effort. Andrew does not like to lose, and you could see this as he fought for me and my child, justice, and helped the court to get a clear picture of the distress I was going through. Andrew was able to set me back on my feet so I could see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Thank you Andrew for truly immersing yourself in my case so you could truly understand what it was going to take to get the best result in a detrimental divorce. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Mr. Thompson did an excellent job representing my son on a child support case. He was able to negotiate CS payments in a rather difficult angry ex-wife. I paid a retainer, however he went over the allotted retainer fee and he didn't ask to be paid upfront for the remainder of his time on the case. I ...would hire him again! Awesome job Mr. Thompson! I will recommend you anytime!
