Biography
Lucas was born in Boone, Iowa and graduated from Wartburg College in 2002. Lucas obtained his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE, and has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2006.
Lucas brings his strong Midwest work ethic to his legal practice. He takes his practice of law and the profession very seriously as no legal issue is too big or too small.
Lucas’ practice is diverse and spans different areas of law including: criminal defense, 1st Amendment defense, traffic, personal injury, and immigration law. His practice is centered on all misdemeanors, felonies, and DUI’s where he provides professional, experienced, sound legal representation. Lucas’s legal skills are honed through numerous jury trials, meetings with criminal law experts, and attending continuing legal education courses around the Rocky Mountain area.
Lucas believes that standing up for the rights of others and defending the accused against the Government is the most gratifying fight within the law.

Careless & very unprofessional
He was suppose to file a motion to modify my protection order so I would be allowed to carry I have had a permit for over 5 yrs without any issues..... & he did file but carelessly put wrong case number on it....filed a complaint on him with board of Regulations they said they did'nt have authority ...
