Casey is determined, professional, and I think a genuinely caring person. I felt like my welfare, and my case truly mattered to him, and he really looked out for me. He is very responsive and thoughtful, I never felt like he was busy, although I know he is. He is knowledgeable, assertive, helpful and... personable.
